Sammy lost her battle to the insidious disease on 3rd of September 2017, after a courageous and monumental two year war.  She spent the last two and a half weeks of her life being cared for in the Royal Trinity Hospice. 
 
Words are woefully inadequate in describing our devastation.  She was so deeply loved by all that knew her but particularly by her family.  
 
Not to hear her laugh again is insufferable and the world is a less rich place without her. She will be sorely missed every second of every day.  She was my everything, the most beautiful of souls, who deserved so much more from her short life. 
 
Thank you for all your love and support it makes all the difference in these very tough times.
